Attendees going through simulation

It Happens every time a company implements a CMMS System. You spent a third of a million dollars and untold hours of productivity to purchase and try to implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Excellent. Smart move. But it has been 7-1/2 months, and you recieved minimal value.

Someone made a decision that implementation of this CMMS system would result in cost savings. What wasn't taken into consideration though, is that
until the stakeholders all buy in to the implementation, you will only get a portion of the total return on investment.
